CUEA’s 28th Graduation Ceremony

graduation2013The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA) held its 28th Graduation Ceremony at the University’s Lang’ata Campus, on 4th October 2013. The theme for the graduation was “Education for Transformative Leadership in Africa.”

His Grace Archbishop Tarcisius Gervazio Ziyaye, the University’s Chancellor, was the main celebrant during the University’s 28th graduation mass on

3rd October 2013. He emphasized that God is the source and power of all transformation. “We must pay tribute to God for all our success and achievements because He is the one who gives us strength to work. We cannot achieve anything meaningful without God’s help.” Said the Chancellor.

Over 2500 students were conferred with various Doctorate degrees, Postgraduate degrees, Undergraduate degrees, and Diploma certificates at the colorful ceremony. His Excellency, Dr. Evans Odhiambo Kidero, Governor Nairobi City County, was the chief guest of honour at the University’s 28th graduation ceremony.
